Corporate retreats

Sleeping cabins, a private dining room off the grill, a half-day clays tournament with prizes, and a quiet ridgeline for conversations that should not happen in a conference room. We have run dozens of these.

  • Half- or full-day clays tournament with course staff
  • Private grill dining room (up to 32 seated)
  • Cabin lodging on-site (up to 3 nights)
  • Audio/video for an outdoor presentation
  • Branded scorecards + prize ammunition cans

Group gatherings

Bachelor parties, birthdays, family reunions, range days, anniversary shoots. Anything that does not need a tent and a DJ but does need fifteen people who can finally hear each other talk.

  • Group rate on shooting rounds (10+ people)
  • Reserved patio at the grill
  • Custom-branded scorecards (optional, $4/each)
  • Vehicle parking + valet for 50+

Charity & fundraising

Clays tournaments are one of the easiest fundraising formats to run. We have hosted nonprofits raising six figures in a single day. We handle the course, the catering, and the timing. You handle the cause.

  • Tournament format planning + station sponsorship layouts
  • Branded scorecards + station signage
  • Pavilion banquet hall for the awards dinner
  • Optional silent-auction setup in the lodge
